I cannot remember my password. How do I go about resetting it?
Go to your login screen on the iPad or Web App and select 'Forgot password' at the bottom. This will prompt you to take the necessary steps to reset your password. A reset link will be sent to the email address you have set up in TruQC. Follow the link to set up a new password. If you continue to experience problems logging in, please contact support. The app will lock you out for 30 minutes after five failed password attempts.
